Fatakh

Online store of men’s apparel featuring an option to pre-order out-of stock items and a personal account with order history.
The project was created as part of my work in Estemo studio. My responsibilities included developing the user-flow and wireframes, creating design in Figma, building website in Tilda (CMS platform), and setting up integrations with third-party services.
Design
The brand already had an established identity, which is why I used its signature colors — beige and dark green. I added white as a base color, plenty of spacing between elements, simple graphics, and clear grid layouts. This approach helps to highlight the apparel while also adding a distinctive visual style to the website.
Navigation
One of the first steps was to develop the user flow ensure clear and logical navigation. For an online store, it’s important that users can to quickly find what they are looking for. Here I also created wireframes to make sure the functionality meets all business expectations.
Catalog
I built the website on a CMS platform, which is limited in functionality. To create a more cohesive user experience I incorporated additional features. One of them is ability to pre-order out-of stock items. Users simply click a button on the product page, and all the item details are automatically included in the application, which is send to the store manager along with the user’s contact information.
I also added drop-down cards to each product, containing information such as fabric composition, care recommendations, a size chart, and photos of outfits featuring complementary items with links to them.
Automatic breadcrumbs is another feature that isn't available on the Tilda CMS platform, but I implemented it via additional code to make the navigation more intuitive and user-friendly.
To implement order history feature, I set up integrations with a third-party database. The personal account page also includes information about the return policy and delivery tracking.

Interaction design
I made sure users don’t feel lost on the website. For example, all clickable elements include micro-animations. Each application form contains a short explanation of the next step. After submitting a form, users receives a confirmation. Notifications also appear when an item is added to the cart or wishlist.
I strive to work on products that help real people and make their lives a little easier.
